  Elevate at Dream First Bank is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Performance Manager to support the growth and success of our commercial clients. This role blends relationship management, strategic sales, and financial consulting, with a focus on delivering a customized, white-glove banking experience.

You will be responsible for developing new commercial relationships, strengthening existing ones, and delivering tailored treasury and deposit solutions aligned with each client's operational and financial goals.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new commercial deposit relationships through warm outreach, and referrals 
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships 
  • Partner with Commercial Lenders to source and refer loan opportunities 

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for business clients on all non-lending needs 
  • Deliver a high-touch, consultative client experience 
  • Conduct ongoing relationship reviews to align services with client needs 

Treasury & Deposit Strategy

  • Analyze and restructure client accounts into optimized banking solutions 
  • Implement treasury tools (ACH, wires, remote deposit, etc.) 
  • Build strategic deposit plans utilizing IntraFi for FDIC coverage and yield optimization 

Financial Process Consulting

  • Evaluate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows 
  • Recommend efficiency improvements and automation strategies 
  • Apply and educate clients on Profit First account structuring 

Fraud Mitigation

  • Educate clients on fraud risks and prevention strategies 
  • Implement tools and best practices to reduce exposure 

Team Collaboration

  • Work alongside lenders and internal teams on joint client strategies 
  • Participate in team-based client calls 
  • Contribute to Elevate's collaborative culture 

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Experience in banking, treasury services, or commercial relationship management 
  • Strong sales and business development mindset 
  • Ability to analyze financial structures and deliver customized solutions 
  • Knowledge of treasury services and deposit strategies (IntraFi preferred) 
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills 
  • Highly organized and self-motivated 
  • Team-oriented approach 

Travel Requirements

  • Travel across market locations required 
  • Occasional overnight travel with advance notice
