Job description

We are looking for a driven Sales Performance Manager to lead a team of Intake Specialists in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. This role is responsible for driving conversion, increasing output, coaching to performance, and holding the team accountable to clear standards and measurable goals. Must be able to manage an onsite team of up to 25 members.

This is not a passive management role. We want a leader who knows how to drive numbers, coach to results, and build a culture where urgency, discipline, accountability, and excellence are the standard. Large teams will have a team operations coordinator to assist with production and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intake Specialists
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance against sales and conversion goals
  • Hold team members accountable to production, attendance, quality, and activity expectations
  • Conduct call reviews, one-on-ones, team huddles, and ongoing coaching
  • Identify performance gaps and take action quickly
  • Use scorecards, data, and reporting to improve results
  • Develop top performers and address underperformance directly
  • Partner with leadership to align team performance with company goals
  • Reinforce Quintessa's core values through coaching, performance management, and daily leadership
