Job Overview:

A well organized and efficient coordinator can make all the difference in the ease with which our customer’s day goes. This role coordinates all the rental vehicles for customers across all five dealerships.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate rental vehicles for customers whose vehicles are being services.
  • Communicate professionally with service department.
  • Demonstrate vehicles in a safe and informative manner
  • Communicate effectively via phone
  • Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing and walking
  • Sitting and reaching periodically

This position may require evening shifts, weekends and holidays as we are open 363 days per year.
