Founded in 1968 and dedicated in loving memory of Helen Lamb Frost, Highland Palms Healthcare Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Highland, California. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, providing 24-hour personalized skilled nursing services. Our mission is to uphold high medical integrity, promote team spirit, and create a warm, homelike environment for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
