We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with SUBACUTE experience to join our team!
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements
  • Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program
  • Minimum one (1) year of Sub-Acute experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster(s)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Compassion towards residents and their families

Primary Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse
  • Such care includes assistance with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings
  • Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly
  • Answer call lights to determine and meet resident needs
  • Use proper body mechanics when necessary
  • Perform and document rounds of patients and report any changes
  • Provide companionship and excellent care to patients
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Prioritizes patient/resident activities based on current care needs
  • Proper lifting and transitioning residents from wheelchair to bed, bed to chair, etc.
  • Transporting residents to dining area for meals and activities
  • Be punctual and professional
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: $21
Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
