Pay Range: $21.00–$24.50 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on relevant SNF experience, additional certifications (such as Restorative Nursing Assistant, or Dementia Care), bilingual skills, and overall qualifications.

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. Korean-speaking candidates are preferred to help provide effective communication and culturally sensitive care for our Korean-speaking residents. Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Measure and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Document care accurately in accordance with facility policies.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion while promoting independence.
Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
Current/ Active CNA certification in the state of California.
Current CPR/BLS certification (required per facility policy).
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
Korean language proficiency is preferred to support communication with Korean-speaking residents and families.
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess the ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs. Also, must possess the ability to bend, kneel or stoop.
