Job description

Job Summary:
IBM is a leader in consulting, dedicated to building long-term client relationships and collaborating globally. The Transition Manager will oversee the transition of requirements from legacy contracts to a new program, ensuring a seamless transfer of Statement of Work requirements during this period.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning requirements from multiple legacy contracts to the new Program.
• Oversee all aspects of the transition and meet weekly with the Sponsor to review contract and program/project status.
• Ensure a seamless transfer of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements from legacy contracts to the new program.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in managing transitions for software applications, with a proven track record of delivering complex transitions on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Minimum three (3) Experience analyzing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions.
• Minimum three (3) years of Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and/or CMMI. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Master
• Minimum five (5) years in managing transitions for large-scale software applications transitions for enterprise-level applications
• Must have TS/SCI W/FSP day 1

• Master's Degree
