The ideal candidate combines sales acumen with a genuine passion for wellness education. You’ll excel at connecting client needs with Restore’s service offerings, building lasting relationships, and supporting each person’s unique health journey. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities—while maintaining attention to detail and client care—will make you an indispensable part of the studio’s success.

Role Overview 
As a Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment. 
Key Responsibilities 
Client Experience & Sales 
  • Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
  • Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
  • Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
  • Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
  • Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
Client Relations & Operations
  • Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
  • Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
  • Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
  • Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
Studio Leadership & Flow
  • Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
  • Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required).
  • Experience: 1+ year in sales (required).
  • Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
  • Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.
