We are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize finance shared services and operations. The ideal candidate brings deep operational knowledge of finance shared services environments, a track record of driving large-scale transformation programs, and the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders.
Description
The Transformation Program Manager will develop and execute a clear vision and roadmap for transforming finance operations - spanning procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and adjacent operational processes.
Strong stakeholder management is crucial, requiring close collaboration with Finance leadership, IS&T, PMO, and operational teams across regions to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
The Program Manager will also drive initiatives to improve data governance, reporting capabilities, and the use of operational analytics to provide deeper business insights into resource allocation, service provider performance, and system efficiency - while ensuring all transformation efforts maintain strong internal controls and comply with relevant standards and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience managing or strategizing with managed service providers (MSPs) - including defining SLAs/KPIs, optimizing operating models, driving continuous improvement, and holding partners accountable for transformation outcomes.
Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive significant change in a complex organizational environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable presenting transformation roadmaps and business cases to senior executives.
Proactive problem solver who presents problems and recommendations simultaneously.
Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Extremely curious; not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root cause.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around product launches, strategic data, and other critical initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or consulting roles within finance shared services or enterprise operations - with proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, process optimization, and operational controls.
