EPMA is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic, multi-year Lead-to-Cash transformation program for an enterprise client.

This role will orchestrate multiple business and technology workstreams, establish strong program governance, manage executive stakeholders, and drive transformational outcomes across customer-facing and operational capabilities.

  • Lead planning, governance, coordination, and delivery of a complex enterprise transformation program
  • Manage multiple concurrent business and technology workstreams, dependencies, milestones, resources, and risks
  • Coordinate transformation initiatives spanning sales, customer onboarding, contracting, pricing, billing, customer care, and renewals
  • Establish and lead executive steering committees, governance forums, and program status reviews
  • Maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, executive dashboards, financial tracking, and portfolio reporting
  • Drive accountability and decision-making across business, technology, operations, change management, and external vendors
  • Coordinate design, testing, release management, deployment, and stabilization activities
  • Support business-process modernization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation opportunities
Experience Required
  • 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives
  • Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies
  • Strong background leading business and technology transformation in highly matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated experience working with executive sponsors and leading steering committees/governance forums
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, RAID management, dependency management, and portfolio oversight
  • Excellent executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred
  • Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, or Customer Experience transformation experience
  • Digital modernization and business-process transformation experience
  • Energy, utilities, retail energy, or other customer-focused industry experience
  • Exposure to AI-enabled transformation and automation
  • Agile, hybrid, and traditional program delivery experience
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certification
