What You Will Do
  • Lead consulting workstreams within large-scale technology transformation engagements, balancing structured program execution with strategic problem solving and client advisory.
  • Support the design, launch, and operation of Transformation Offices that integrate governance, technology delivery, organizational change, enterprise architecture, vendor management, and value realization.
  • Partner with executive and functional stakeholders to facilitate decision making, build alignment, and maintain momentum across complex transformation initiatives.
  • Drive coordination across business, technology, vendor, and system integrator teams to resolve dependencies, manage delivery risks, and achieve successful client outcomes.
  • Identify emerging risks, challenge assumptions, escalate issues when appropriate, and develop practical recommendations to keep programs on track.
  • Facilitate executive and working sessions, synthesize complex information, and develop clear, data-driven recommendations and executive-ready communications.
  • Support enterprise technology initiatives, including ERP, CRM, HCM, cloud, digital, and other large-scale transformation programs.
  • Contribute to proposals, client pursuits, and solution development by translating client challenges into practical approaches and delivery strategies.
  • Develop reusable methodologies, tools, and templates that strengthen CIO Advisory capabilities and improve delivery quality.
  • Mentor junior consultants, contribute to recruiting and onboarding efforts, and actively support practice development initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
  • Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of consulting experience with a leading consulting or professional services organization supporting enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading consulting workstreams within complex technology transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery partners.
  • Experience working alongside system integrators and distributed delivery teams within enterprise implementation programs.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems implementations such as ERP, CRM, HCM, cloud, or other technology-enabled business transformations.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, navigate ambiguity, and build trusted client relationships.
  • Ability to think critically, structure ambiguous problems, and develop practical recommendations that balance business objectives with execution realities.
  • Knowledge of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, waterfall, iterative delivery, or PMI-based approaches.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level presentations and client-facing deliverables.
  • Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Ability to travel 25 to 50%.
  • A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
