Hiring | Senior Project / Program Manager – Insurance & Claims


We are looking for an experienced Senior Project / Program Manager with strong Insurance and Claims domain expertise to lead a complex enterprise technology transformation program.


Location: Chicago, IL

Work Type: Contract

Experience: 12+ Years


Mandatory Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise IT program/project management experience
  • Insurance and Claims domain experience is mandatory
  • Proven experience leading Claims Management system implementations, modernization, or transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle, claims workflows, and insurance operations
  • Strong technical understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, data flows, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Strong experience in program governance, risk management, resource planning, critical path analysis, and scope management
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with steering committee reporting and senior-level stakeholder engagement
