Job description

Job Description:

The Strategic Transformation Program Manager will play a key role in driving visibility, governance, and execution across the MSNA transformation portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive view of transformation initiatives, integration programs, and strategic projects spanning both Mars and Legacy Kellanova organizations. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders, functional transformation teams, and integration stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with strategic priorities, effectively resourced, and delivering intended business outcomes.

This is a temporary assignment through December 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the MSNA transformation portfolio repository, including integration and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Functional Transformation Leads and the NA Integration IDT to monitor project status, identify risks, and escalate critical issues to NALT.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and provide insights, recommendations, and executive summaries.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for NALT and NALT+ leadership teams.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner for key North America projects, ensuring effective project setup and governance.
  • Support the North America transition to the CBU model and related change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Portfolio & Integrated Planning to prioritize and resource projects effectively.
  • Partner with Strategy Deployment & Performance to ensure ongoing alignment with the Mars NA Snacking strategy.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in transformation, portfolio management, strategy, consulting, PMO, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, reporting, and portfolio analytics.
  • Process-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
