What You'll Do

The Accounting team at CoreWeave is the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring we have the resources to fuel our hyper-growth. We are a group of diligent, data-driven, and collaborative problem-solvers dedicated to accuracy and efficiency. You will be joining a team that values continuous process improvement and "acting like an owner" to support the company's rapid expansion into new markets and verticals.

About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Manager, Credit & Collections to oversee a global Accounts Receivable portfolio exceeding $2B. In this critical role, you will perform credit reviews for new and existing customers with contracts at or above $3M in Total Contract Value (TCV), oversee outsourced Accenture teams in Costa Rica and Poland, and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to complex billing and collection issues.

You will partner closely with Billing, Revenue Accounting, RevOps, Sales, Legal, and Treasury to optimize cash flow while maintaining best-in-class customer relationships.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Global Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage an AR portfolio exceeding $2B, ensuring timely collections, strong cash flow, and minimized bad debt exposure.
  • Credit Risk Analysis: Conduct detailed credit reviews for new opportunities and existing customers within Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring approvals align with company credit policies and risk tolerance.
  • BPO / Vendor Management: Manage, train, and oversee the performance of outsourced collections teams in Costa Rica and Poland, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and internal controls.
  • Escalation & Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external escalations, resolving disputed invoices and negotiating payment plans as needed.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Design, maintain, and analyze key AR and collections metrics, including DSO, aging buckets, and cash forecasts, and present insights to executive leadership.
  • Month-End Close & Accounting Support: Lead month-end close activities for A/R, Credit & Collections including bad debt reserve analysis, sub-ledger reconciliations, and flux analysis.
  • Process Improvement & AI Integration: Identify gaps in the order-to-cash process and implement automation, AI-driven enhancements, or policy changes to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, RevOps, Billing, and Legal to structure complex deals, resolve pre-bill issues, and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Policy & Controls Ownership: Maintain and enhance global credit and collections policies, ensuring SOX compliance and strong internal controls.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in Credit & Collections, including at least 3 years managing large, enterprise-level portfolios.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence distributed and outsourced teams across multiple time zones.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience using Salesforce (SFDC) for credit approvals, workflow management, and escalations.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial statements, credit risk assessment, and SOX-compliant processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build and maintain complex reporting models and dashboards.
  • Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with major ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
  • AI/ML (Machine Learning) Familiarity: A strong interest in or experience with leveraging AI tools to automate collections workflows, predict credit risk, or analyze customer payment behaviors.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with senior leadership and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Technology Hardware environments.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for dashboarding and analytics.
  • Exposure to international AR operations and multi-currency collections.

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates with diverse backgrounds. You'll be successful in this role if:

  • You enjoy untangling complex billing and collections challenges and turning difficult customer conversations into positive outcomes.
  • You have a passion for the AI landscape and are eager to apply LLMs or automated intelligence to transform traditional collections into a strategic function.
