Staff Software Engineer, Engineering. Southfield, MI.

  • Design/develop SW. Improve existing code.
  • Evolve/transform architecture of SW applications.
  • Author team coding, documenting, and testing standards.
  • Conduct impact analysis.
  • Lead code reviews. Debug.
  • Lead continuous learning activities.
  • Mentor team members.
  • Participate in hiring.
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of progressive experience with software engineering. Experience must include writing and configuring code, creating strategic technical designs, providing direction in design sessions and code reviews, creating system-level code specifications, identifying and analyzing complex technical issues, SOAP UI, Junit, RESTful services.
