Remote Position - Must have AZ Real Estate License!


Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. Youโ€™d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish, assisting with escrow documentation, and ensuring offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Compensation:

$55,000 annually


Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow officers, appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers throughout the transaction
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, escrow officers, appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers throughout the transaction
  • Handling all buyer sales from contract through closing, which includes: ensuring all documents comply with ADRE (e.g., executed, initialed, and signed correctly, required disclosures are secured, etc.)
  • Maintaining ADRE files and the production, coordination, and processing of all information and documents about each transaction
  • Monitoring and assessing the progress of the transaction so that deadlines are met and contingencies are released
  • Performing administrative and clerical duties, including setting home and inspection appointments
  • Hours are fully remote - 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:
  • Transaction Coordination Experience (required)
  • Arizona Licensed Agent (required)
  • Residential Real Estate Experience (a plus)
  • Unlimited access to at home computer setup, dual monitors recommended
