Transaction Processor - New Mexico Medicaid Project
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: New Mexico
Assignment Length: Temporary (3-Month Special Project)
Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Transaction Processors to support a New Mexico Medicaid special project. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three months; however, the project may be extended based on business needs. High-performing employees may also be considered for additional opportunities within the organization.
Medicaid claims processing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within designated software systems.
  • Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Process assigned transactions while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Utilize Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint to support daily operations.
  • Handle multiple assignments and shifting priorities as needed.
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required.
  • Medicaid claims processing experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong time management and attendance record.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
