Job description

Now Hiring: Payroll Processing Associate (Onsite)

Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6+ Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Processing Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll-related transactions and manual check requests

  • Work with time and labor systems and internal web-based applications

  • Ensure payroll data accuracy while maintaining strict confidentiality

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding payroll-related matters

  • Perform data entry and support payroll operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Assist with both union and non-union wage plans (training provided)

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Good keyboard and 10-key data entry skills

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines

  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
