As an Assistant Program Director, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing Our Early Learning Center ensuring high-quality programming, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. What You'll Do
  • Oversee operations and programming in our Early Learning Center.
  • Ensure the program meets Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations and BHN policies
  • Maintain licensing compliance and uphold high-quality standards
  • Focused on play based learning and kindergarten readiness
  • Knowledge of curriculum building that supports Early Education development
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to monitor budgets, revenue, and enrollment
  • Ensure optimal enrollment and program sustainability within the site
  • Provide ongoing administrative and programmatic support to leadership staff
  • Identify challenges, problem-solve effectively, and communicate key updates to leadership
