Job description

Aspirus, Inc. has partnered with Surrounding Colleges to offer a CNA Training Program.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Join a full-time CNA class (You pick the class that works best for you!)

  • Aspirus, Inc. to pay your tuition, books in full, scrubs, and tools needed for labs and clinicals.

  • Receive reimbursement for the 1st attempt of the licensing exam fee.

  • Aspirus, Inc. to pay you a stipend for your time in classes.

  • A requirement of the program is a commitment of working as a CNA with Aspirus for at least one year at ANY of our Aspirus locations with a minimum of 48 hours per 2-week pay period. That would be our Part-time or Full-time positions for the duration of the full year. FTE can't be dropped below part time for at least the first year in the position

Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing direct patient care; provision of daily living activities and hygiene, passing water, changing linens, feeding patients when required, checking of vital signs, weight and height checks, etc. This position will also assist in patient admission process, answer call lights and monitoring of patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • WI Caregiver Background Check

  • 16 years of age or older

  • Pre-employment physical and drug screen

  • Commitment of working as a CNA with Aspirus for at least one year, with a minimum of 48 hours per 2-week pay period. That would be our Part-time or full-time positions for the duration of the full year.
