What You'll Do

  • Greeting clients, vendors, and visitors while creating an exceptional first impression
  • Managing incoming calls and directing communications professionally
  • Supporting multiple departments with administrative projects and day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating company meetings, events, training sessions, and employee activities
  • Managing office supplies, budgets, vendors, and shipments
  • Helping coordinate company-wide training initiatives
  • Maintaining reports, spreadsheets, SOPs, organizational charts, and company records
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, customer testimonials, website updates, and social media projects
  • Helping organize employee appreciation events, holiday celebrations, birthdays, and culture-building activities
  • Looking for ways to improve processes and make everyone's job easier
