About the role

Summit Careers is hiring an early-career Sales Executive to grow a defined territory. Youll prospect, build relationships, and close new business for our services, owning a quota and pipeline while using consultative selling to deliver measurable revenue growth.

What youll do

  • Driveoutbound prospectingusing calls, email, LinkedIn, networking to book meetings and create qualified pipeline.
  • Run discovery and value-based presentations; handle objections and negotiate to close deals within a 3060 day sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine messaging, and offers; share feedback to improve win rates.
