Job Overview:

Restoration 1 is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the property damage and restoration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with our targeted trade partners and referral sources. This role requires a proactive, B2B-driven, and relationship-based sales approach to promote our professional and certified restoration services to mutual clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Establish Relationships: Identify and reach out to potential trade partners and referral sources, including plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, and public adjusters.
  • Nurture and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with trade partners and referral sources, ensuring consistent and reliable communication.
  • Promote Services: Educate potential and existing partners about our restoration services, highlighting our professionalism, certification, and the benefits of referring clients to us.
  • Return Work to Partners: Ensure that work is returned to trade partners from our customers, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.
