Nardone Bro Bakery (MBC Companies) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations and training development. This position is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our human capital management processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with training development initiatives and facilitate training of production associates
  • Provide support in managing employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on workforce management systems and strategies to optimize staffing levels.
  • Ensure all visitors follow the proper protocol and are registered in the guest/visitor book
  • Ensures proper inventory of office supplies is kept. Orders, receives and stocks supplies upon arrival.
  • Sorts and distributes communications in a timely manner
Skills
  • HS Diploma and/or Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years office/HR experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
