GENERAL MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION COMPANY OVERVIEW:

BFT is science backed personal training in a group atmosphere.

POSITION:
General Managers are responsible for meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales target by executing strategic community outreach, in-studio lead generation, and generating member referrals.
Under the management of a Franchise Owner and with the support of the Corporate BFT Support Team, General Managers must exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business.
General Managers must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The General Manager is rooted in sales, marketing, and operations while upholding our mission to fuel energetic communal experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • ▪  2+ years of fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership services
  • ▪  Confident in generating personal sales and training team members on sales processes
  • ▪  Ability to manage and grow 3 revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail, and fees
  • ▪  Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills

  • ▪  Independently make decisions related to high level customer service situations
  • ▪  Collect outstanding membership dues and resolve membership billing errors
  • ▪  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • ▪  Enforce BFT’s policies, procedures, and brand standards

  • ▪  Schedule and participate in lead generation and networking events
  • ▪  Strategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead goals for the studio
