Role Responsibilities:

  • Financial Guidance: Educate members on a variety of financial tools including life insurance, retirement planning, college savings, and other asset protection strategies.
  • Member Lead Engagement: Meet with existing member leads provided through local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Provide exceptional, ongoing service to members with regular reviews and check-ins to adjust financial plans as life evolves.
  • Community Engagement: Actively build your network through relationshipโ€‘based prospecting, local involvement, referrals, and member events.
  • Training and Growth: Participate in Modern Woodmenโ€™s mentorship and training programs to sharpen your professional skills and explore paths to leadership.
