Lead with Purpose. Partner with Impact. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2C at Bluespring Wealth Partners, you will play a critical role in driving firm growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-net-worth consumer prospects seeking financial advice. This role sits at the front end of Bluespring's consumer sales funnel and is responsible for generating activity, qualifying interest, and scheduling introductory meetings between consumers and Bluespring Wealth Advisors.
You will work a high-velocity mix of inbound and outbound leads, follow up immediately on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and progress prospects through the early and intermediate stages of the funnel. Your primary objective is to deliver advisor-ready, well-qualified consumer meetings, enabling advisors to focus on closing new client relationships. This is a high-energy, high-activity role that directly supports Bluespring's centralized B2C growth strategy and pipeline development.
What You'll Do
  • Relentlessly cold-call consumer prospects with urgency, purpose, and professionalism to generate interest in Bluespring Wealth and its affiliated advisory firms.
  • Quickly and consistently follow up with marketing-qualified consumer leads, warm-calling with urgency to convert interest into scheduled introductory meetings with Bluespring Wealth Advisors.
  • Own meeting-scheduling efforts by coordinating and booking calls between consumer prospects and advisors, ensuring fast and seamless follow-through.
  • Qualify consumer prospects based on predefined criteria and ensure smooth hand-offs by providing advisors with clear background, context, and notes prior to meetings.
  • Engage directly with individual consumers via phone and inbound inquiries in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Research target consumer segments, local markets, and competitor offerings to build knowledge and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Document all outreach activity, notes, and lead status accurately in Bluespring's CRM (Salesforce).
  • Build and maintain outbound consumer prospect lists aligned to defined targeting criteria.
  • Track, manage, and nurture consumer leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progression through the funnel.
  • Monitor lead status and pipeline progress and report activity and outcomes to management.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience (2 years) as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • FINRA Series 7 or combination of FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage individual consumer prospects, with a strong focus on conversion, responsiveness, and relationship building.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with the stamina to succeed in a phone-heavy, activity-driven role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain value and build rapport with consumers.
  • Strong active listening skills and sound judgment to qualify needs and determine advisor fit.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and pipeline prioritization skills in a high-volume environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and advisor teams.
  • Experience in B2C financial services, insurance, wealth management, or related consumer sales roles is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is strongly preferred.
