HCOA Fitness es el líder en la industria del acondicionamiento físico en Puerto Rico con 14 gimnasios alrededor de toda la Isla. Nos enfocamos en ofrecer a nuestros miembros las herramientas necesarias para el logro de sus metas y la obtención de resultados de por vida. 
Se busca contratista independiente para brindar servicios de Entrenador Personal en la area de Total Body Fitness.
Responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

  • Mantener un compromiso personal para satisfacer las necesidades de los miembros e invitados.
  • Demostrar el correcto uso de maquinaria de pesas y de ejercicio cardiovascular.
  • Entrevistar a los clientes y hacer recomendaciones de ejercicio en base a las evaluaciones de fitness, así como las necesidades y objetivos de los miembros.
  • Comportarse como un modelo a seguir y promocionar un estilo de vida saludable.
  • Mantener una actitud positiva y servicial en todo momento con los clientes y compañeros.
  • Promover los beneficios de entrenamiento para adquirir nuevos miembros y retener a los existentes.
  • Recomendar cambios para la programación y servicios basado en las tendencias actuales del mercado.
Educación, Experiencia y Certificación

  • Certificación de entrenamiento personal reconocido a nivel nacional (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM como ejemplos).
  • Debe tener CPR, primeros auxilios, y la certificación de DRD (debe ser obtenida dentro de los primeros 6 meses de empleo).
Oportunidades de crecimiento disponible – pago por sesión de entrenamiento más comisiones por nuevos clientes.
