Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and directing assigned office staff responsible for processing billing information and providing administrative support
  • Ensuring proper operation of business office
  • Compiling data and information, and preparing reports used in monitoring and evaluating operations, finances and contract compliance
  • Maintaining expenditure records and receipts, tracking budget allocations, and initiating corrective actions to control budget variances
  • Acting as administrative liaison, processing various forms and records, and maintaining personnel records and filing systems
  • Other duties as assigned 

Office Manager Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 1 year post high school training in business or office administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive office management or administrative work experience required
  • Current Driver's License valid in the state of Illinois, with a safe driving record for the past 2 years is required
  • Management experience is a plus

Compensation (based on experience and credentials): 

  • Range begins at $46,000 - $66,000/yr
  • Gateway Foundation conducts annual reviews including merit increases.
