Farmington Hills, MI | Local Territory | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Elwood Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Douglasville market. If you're a motivated hunter who thrives on prospecting, developing new accounts, and closing business, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with an industry leader.

At Elwood Staffing, we serve more than 6,000 businesses and put over 28,000 people to work every day. You'll have the support, training, and resources needed to build your territory while earning uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and identify workforce solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate, close, and onboard new accounts.
  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Travel locally throughout your territory (60–70% field-based). This is not a remote position. Auto allowance provided.

  • Proven outside sales or business development experience preferred.
