Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Provide medication reminders

Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators

Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)

Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable transportation preferred

Health & Compliance Requirements

To ensure the safety of our clients and caregivers, applicants must provide:

TB Screening (within the last 12 months)

MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)

Varicella Titer (Chickenpox)

Tetanus documentation
