Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators
  • Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts
Qualifications
  • Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus

Health & Compliance Requirements
