Objectives:

Learn the day-to-day training & development side of Viejas Center of Career Development (VCCD)

  • Front Desk Reception/Administration

  • Preparing for New Hire Orientation, and other classes offered in the VCCD Workday - Learning Management System used for training class registrations Workday - Leaning - assist with transition to new Learning Management System Beekeeper - Team Member communication and engagement tool, used for employee recognition, tracking all recognition entries.

  • Learn and assist with training courses such as New Hire Orientation, online micro training modules, and STYLE Service Standard sustainability campaign.
