Store Operations Associate (Full-Time)

About This Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for balancing the cash registers;
Preparing bank deposits and entering information for daily cash report;
Training associates on SKU / pricing related issues, printing signs and labels and operating the RF unit;
Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of perpetual inventory and product pricing.;
Prepare and participate in cycle counts;

Following the best practices when receiving and processing merchandise;

Ensuring health and safety policies and guidelines are followed;

Ensuring Loss prevention best practices are followed.

What You'll Bring:
Effective analytical and organizational skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Previous experience in a retail environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills (customers, vendors, other third party);

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment;
When You'll Work:
A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends with a schedule of 35-40 hours weekly. A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.
