1st Shift

About this role:
In a team environment, perform material handling and assembly of a variety of medical products.  Perform a variety of tasks with established procedures which includes documentation and guidelines. Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers both in speech and in writing. Work assigned daily.

Work Mode 
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • May perform assembly of medical devices as assigned. Perform all aspects of assembly learned through on-the-job training.
  • May train others through on-the-job training. Accountable for trainee's quality of work (NCMR, Scrap, etc.) until trainee is signed-off in TRS. Perform TRS transactions.
  • Understand and follow all BSC, Code of Conduct, and GMP procedures required to perform work.
  • Communicate with team members to problem solve and resolve issues.
  • Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
  • Ability to lift 20lbs on occasion.


Required qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or An equivalent combination of education/work experience
  • Certification in assigned area preferred

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
