BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Location: Culver City, CA (and surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Overview

We are seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality clinical oversight and leadership for ABA programs serving children with autism spectrum disorders. This role focuses on clinical excellence, team development, and positive client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Strong clinical and leadership skills

  • Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight in accordance with BACB standards

  • Conduct FBAs, assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP), and develop treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff (RBTs, BCaBAs, and trainees)

  • Maintain required billable hours and ensure team productivity

  • Provide parent, staff, and stakeholder training using Behavior Skills Training (BST)

  • Collaborate with schools and interdisciplinary teams as needed
