Job description

Co- Managers assist the General Manager is managing the operations and staff of a Wendy's Restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. The primary responsibility of a Co-Manager is to ensure 100% completion of Wendy's training on all employees. Track, execute and ensure all cleaning and maintenance systems.

They participate in the achievement of store objectives, ensure compliance with all federal, state, local laws and ethical business practices. They will conduct interviews, recommend selection and train Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members in the restaurant. This individual must have experience as a manager in the restaurant, high personal hygiene standards, and be customer focus driven.
