Responsibilities

Greets Customers in the service drive.

Manages vehicle repair process from the time customer arrives until the vehicle is returned to the guest.

Communicates maintenance and service needs that are identified during the service process.

Communicate any changes in the estimate and/or promised time and follows-up with guests as necessary.

Advises customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications

Communicates with the Parts department and technicians regarding job status and changes.

Reviews finished repair orders for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility.

Assist customers with questions over the phone, Internet, and in person; Handles customer complaints with integrity and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied guests to the management for resolution.

Qualifications

Organized and friendly personality

Minimum of one (1) year working as a Service Advisor, preferably in a dealership.

Time management skills

Fantastic communication skills with your customers

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
