JOB TITLE: Title Assistant
Fox Title Company seeks an entry level Title Assistant. This position has opportunity to develop into many other career opportunities within the company. This position performs various clerical tasks that require great attention to detail. The successful candidate will plan and organize time and tasks effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have good reading and writing skills in order to professionally process incoming and outgoing correspondence, complete proofreading assignments, and manage both filing and copying projects.
  • Our title assistant must be a team player in order to coordinate title operations with other departments and should be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written).
  • Extensive interactions with clients are required.
  • Must be able to type at least 70 WPM accurately.
  • Must have experience working with MS Office suite of products.
  • Experience with Soft Pro Select is a big plus.
