  • Compliance & SOPs: Maintain current departmental workflows, operational guides, and a perpetual state of audit preparedness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with firm counsel, paralegals, external vendors, and title underwriters to resolve intricate title or documentation conflicts effectively.
  • Client Interface: Feature as the department representative during client conference updates, operational reviews, and due-diligence assessments.

What You'll Achieve
  • Operational Excellence: Secure consistent, premium execution across all title analysis and document management tasks.
  • Timeline Optimization: Guarantee the swift completion of title assessments, curative solutions, and public record filings in line with client and investor projections.
  • Flawless Compliance: Maintain top-tier compliance ratings and spotless internal and external audit outcomes.
  • Positive Culture: Foster a departmental environment built on accountability, cohesive teamwork, and ongoing workflow refinement.
  • Talent Empowerment: Cultivate the individual career success and technical capability of your team members.

What We're Looking For
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of focused experience in title operations or default title management within a law firm, title agency, or mortgage servicing setting.
  • Management Background: 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity guiding title examiners or legal support personnel.
  • Technical Knowledge: Profound comprehension of title analysis, lien priority, curative strategies, and regional property recording mandates.
  • Regulatory Familiarity: Clear understanding of ALTA standards, underwriter protocols, and state-specific foreclosure frameworks.
  • High-Volume Capability: Demonstrated history of managing high-capacity, multi-state title portfolios.
  • Software Proficiency: Practical experience with legal case management networks like Perfect Practice, ICE, Tempo, or ADR is highly beneficial.
  • Core Competencies: Outstanding leadership attributes, sharp problem-solving skills, and polished communication talents.
  • Quality Focus: Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast dedication to accuracy and client care.

Why Join Us
