Job description

Title Clerk

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Clerk to support our lending and title operations. This role is responsible for managing vehicle titles, lien filings, title transfers, and lien releases while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vehicle titles, title transfers, and lien releases

  • Review title and loan documentation for accuracy and completeness

  • Monitor the receipt and tracking of auto loan packages

  • File and perfect vehicle liens and security agreements

  • Coordinate with lending teams, dealerships, title agencies, and government offices

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

  • Assist with title-related inquiries and support internal team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1-3 years of automotive title processing experience

  • Experience filing and releasing vehicle liens

  • Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • ViTu system experience preferred

  • Banking, credit union, or lending experience preferred
