Qualifications
Required
  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Previous In-House Vacation Ownership Sales experience
  • Proven closing ability in a commission-based sales environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred
  • Previous vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience
