The Sales Manager In House with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for assisting Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy, guest questions and sales closing process.

  • Proven track record of success in timeshare sales.
  • A minimum of 2 years' front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.
  • Abilityย to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Abilityย to acquire an active State of Hawaii Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous T.O. sales closing or sales management experience.
  • 2ย + years' front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.
  • 2 years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
  • Active Hawaii State Real Estate License.
