Who we are
Source International, a manufacturer of custom seating products for the office furniture industry, needs a highly motivated Warranty Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sutton, MA. We provide a high-end product to a fast paced and competitive industry. A Warranty Customer Service job involves handling customer inquiries and processing claims for product/ requiring strong communication, problem-solving, coordinating repairs/replacements, and ensure policy adherence while maintaining records.
What youโ€™ll be doing
  • Position entails a high amount of customer interaction via email and over the phone
  • Review, prepare, and submit warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer/company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, engineering) or external parties (technicians, manufacturers) for repairs, replacements. Keep Manager informed of important developments, potential problems and related information necessary
Qualifications amp; Skills
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Minimum 1-2 yearsโ€™ experience in customer service/call center environment
  • Must be highly organized, ability to follow instructions, and work independently
  • Must have proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, provide a high level of attention to detail, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a professional manner
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to successfully complete a drug and background screening.
  • Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. In person position located in Sutton, Ma
Physical Demands
  • Mobility necessary to perform a variety of tasks that involve standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and twisting, possibly reaching chest high and overhead for materials
  • Ability to lift/move/pull 10-50lbs occasionally throughout day
  • Ability to hear adequately on the phone or in person and group settings
  • Vision: Required to have close visual acuity, color vision and depth perception
Compensation
The salary range for this hourly position is $22.00 to $24.00 based on experience
