The Opportunity: You will serve as a technical expert in timber management, ensuring every cut meets the exacting standards required for high-end landscape and hardscape projects. This role allows you to combine physical skill with botanical knowledge to directly impact the quality and efficiency of our field operations. You will be a key player in a growing company that rewards high-volume production and technical mastery of forestry tools.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute precise wood cutting and timber processing to support custom outdoor construction projects.

  • Identify and distinguish between various tree species and wood types to ensure proper material application.

  • Operate chainsaws and timber equipment safely and efficiently in various field environments.

  • Maintain high production levels to meet project deadlines and earn performance-based incentives.

  • Perform routine maintenance on saws and cutting tools to ensure equipment longevity and jobsite safety.

  • Assist in clearing and preparing jobsites by managing timber removal and wood processing workflows.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
