Job description

Location: Timber Club Apartments; St. Peters, MO

Schedule: Full-Time, Mondayโ€“Friday; Weekend availability and on-call rotation required.

Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $27.00, based on experience; $150 weekly on-call bonus

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 โ€“ 3 years of residential property maintenance experience or related trade experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., frequent walking, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching
  • Basic computer skills for logging and tracking work orders
  • HVAC certification, CPO license, and/or CAMT designation a plus!

Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you will help ensure the property is beautifully maintained, operating efficiently, and provides residents with a place they are proud to call home.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
  • Complete apartment turns, make-readies, and unit inspections
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues while providing timely solutions
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance to protect the propertyโ€™s assets
  • Respond promptly to resident service requests using a paperless work order system
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with inventory management
  • Perform general carpentry, drywall, painting, and other property repairs
  • Support vendor coordination and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Maintain common areas, grounds, and curb appeal
  • Assist with snow removal and other seasonal property needs as required
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
