Maintenance Supervisor - The Timbers

At The Timbers, we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping a community operating at its best. If you're the person everyone turns to when something needs repaired, improved, or handled correctly the first time, we want to hear from you.

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead daily maintenance operations while helping ensure residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting a team, and making a visible impact every day.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations
  • Lead and support maintenance team members
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
  • Manage apartment turns and make-readies
  • Maintain community grounds and curb appeal
  • Perform and oversee general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of apartment maintenance experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Weekend and on-call availability required
  • Ability to work occasional holidays as business needs require
