About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tile & Stone Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee residential and/or commercial tile and stone projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of tile and stone projects
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Define project scope, timelines, and material requirements
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and budgets
  • Supervise field crews, installers, and subcontractors
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality control
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and management
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in Spanish
Proven experience as a Project Manager (tile/stone)
Strong knowledge of tile and stone installation methods and materials
Ability to read plans, specs, and construction documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software
Project Management certification is a plus
