About This Role

MDG Flooring America – Kiba Studios is seeking skilled Ceramic Subcontractor Installers to join our team. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with proven experience in ceramic tile installation, from floors to walls and showers. The ideal candidate is committed to high-quality craftsmanship, modern installation practices, and maintaining a clean, professional job site. We have locations in Medina, Akrong and North Olmsted. Installers will be required to travel throughout these areas.

  • Pay Structure: Subcontractor position paid by piece work (rate varies by project type and scope).

What You'll Do
  • Install ceramic tile with precise layout, cuts, and alignment.
  • Work with modern coupling membranes and stay current with industry standards.
  • Install wall tile in both wet and dry areas.
  • Construct showers, including standard and zero-entry designs.
  • Ensure daily and final cleanup of the workspace, including proper grout haze removal.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients as needed.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in ceramic tile installation (floors, walls, showers).
