If you are looking for a lucrative career in professional design sales, then we are looking for you to join our team! Coordinate and sell floor coverings: carpet, area rugs, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, ceramic tile. Our consultants provide excellent customer service and work with retail customers, designers, builders, property management and contractors.
Responsibilities: • Greets clients on sales floor and qualify them to appropriate products and services • Complete scaled diagrams, estimate cost and amount of material required while referring to client's floor plans or descriptions, ensuring accurate quotes for clients • Full sales process of estimating, closing the sale, placing the order, follow up and retention • Help clients design custom rugs, bathroom/kitchen design and coordinate with paint and other finishes
The ideal candidate: • Excellent customer service skills • Must be outgoing and have a desire to succeed • Confidence in working both independently and in a team environment, when necessary • Highly organized & efficient in fast-paced multitasking environments; able to prioritize effectively to accomplish objectives with creativity, enthusiasm and accuracy
