We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Ceramic Tile Installer to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship on commercial projects and are looking for experienced installers who share that same commitment.

Pay

  • $21–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Position Overview

As a Commercial Ceramic Tile Installer, you will be responsible for installing ceramic tile in a variety of commercial settings. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and experience with proper installation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install ceramic, porcelain, and other tile materials in commercial environments
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying underlayment
  • Measure, cut, and set tile to project specifications
  • Apply grout and finish surfaces to a professional standard
  • Read and interpret blueprints and layouts
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
  • Follow all safety procedures and job site standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of tile installation experience (residential or commercial)
  • Strong knowledge of tile installation methods and materials
  • Ability to accurately measure and cut tile
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical job duties
