Job Overview
The Production Manager at SUNVEK Roofing is responsible for overseeing and managing tile, shingle, and rolled roof installations, ensuring that products are delivered on time, safely, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties will include scheduling, ordering materials, managing field crews, job completion walkthroughs and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years roofing experience and 3 years managing foam roofing installations
  • Experience with ServiceTitan CRM is a huge plus
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior military service in a construction or engineering related MOS.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Arizona’s local building codes and regulations.
  • Proven safety record and knowledge of OSHA standards.
