Job Title: Glaze Technician (Glaze Sprayer)

Location: Healdsburg, CA Job Type: Full-Time

About Us We are a small, locally owned boutique tile manufacturer dedicated to craftsmanship, quality, and artistic design. Our team takes pride in producing unique, high-end tile products in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Glaze Technician (Glaze Sprayer) to join our production team. This role is responsible for applying glaze to tile products using a hand sprayer. The ideal candidate has prior experience with spray equipment (such as paint or auto body sprayers) and an eye for consistency, precision, and artistry.

Key Responsibilities

Apply glaze to tile products using hand spray equipment

Maintain consistent quality and finish across all products

Follow established processes and routines to ensure uniform results

Assist the Layout Department with production tasks, including:

Hand sanding tiles

Preparing and arranging tiles for glazing

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines

Assist in any department as needed when required by Production Manager.

Qualifications

Experience using spray equipment (paint sprayers, auto body sprayers, or similar) required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes with consistency

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-based environment

Interest in craftsmanship or artistic production is a plus

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Shift start times range from 5:30 AM to 8:00 AM
